Giants Vs Bucs Week 4 Preview/Prediction

The Giants are 0-3 and this week things won’t get any easier. The heartbreaking loss in Philadelphia left a sour taste in everyone’s mouth. Jake Elliot successfully completing a 61-yard field goal was unreal. At 0-3 the Giants’ chances of making the playoffs are slim at this point. History is not in their favor as only 3 teams in the superbowl era have made it to the playoffs after starting 0-3. The Giants have a tall task in front of them this week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They are a talented upcoming team led by Jameis Winston and Mike Evans.

Matchups to Watch

Secondary Vs Mike Evans & Desean Jackson
Eli Apple is having a rough start to his second season. He was called for multiple penalties last week and has already let up a TD. He will have to play better this week if The Giants want to win. The last time the Giants played the Bucs Mike Evans went off for 8 catches and 150 yards. Janoris Jenkins will most likely be matched up with him. That will be a great battle of pro bowlers. Desean Jackson has always been a thorn in the Giants side. From the Eagles to the Redskins he has been a problem.

Gerald Mccoy & Robert Ayers Vs Giants O-line
If the opposing team comes out of the locker room the Giants O-line is something to watch. With RT Bobby Hart out. Th Giants have now had 3 different starting O-line combinations this season. This week they will roll out a with DJ Fluker at RG and John Jerry flipping to LG. The Giants will have their hands full against one of the better D-lines in the NFL. The Giants will have to run the ball and keep Eli clean otherwise they will be 0-4 and out of the playoffs.

Prediction
Giants 24
The Giants show up in their second straight must win game and actually do it. Behind OBJ and Eli making plays. The defense does well and gets their first INT of the season
Bucs 17
The Giants will be too much for the Bucs defense to handle. They will pick up where they left on against the Eagles.
