Giants VS Rams Review Week 9
Review
The Giants never left the locker room this week they simply did not show up to play. They were absolutely demolished by the Rams 51-17. The offense started off looking good. Orleans Darkwa started the game off with a few nice runs only for Eli to Get strip sacked, and give up a TD a few plays later. Eli bounced back strong after that leading a 14 play drive for a TD to Tavarres King. That was about the end of the good. The rest of the game looked like a junior varsity team out there. The blocking was abysmal as usual DJ Fluker was a big offender in this game. As he let Aaron Donald get to Eli almost untouched on the strip sack. The Giants are 9 weeks into the season and fans are wishing it was over already.
The Good
Evan Engram
Being able to find a positive this week is tough, but young TE Evan Engram is certified filthy. He made plays throughout the game and came up with a late garbage time TD. He Is the 1st NFC Rookie TE to have 400+ Yards and 4 TD’s through the first 8 games. He is putting up great numbers and the situation at WR and his talent are the reasons.
There Honestly wasn’t much else good this team did, they truly laid an egg in this one. Im just hoping upper management does something John Mara And Steve Tisch have to do something. If the 1-7 record, the turmoil in the locker room, And this blowout loss aren’t enough to get this fiasco changed I don’t know what will.
