New York Giants 2017 NFL Draft

1st Round
TE Evan Engram (Ole Miss)
He ran a 4.42 40 yard dash at the combine and Odell Beckham ran a 4.43. He is an Absolute Seam buster who should open up the Giants offense. Willing Blocker that needs work on his technique Rhett Ellison was signed to do that anyway. He was also a two year team captain.

2nd Round
DT Dalvin Tomlinson (Alabama)
Jerry Reese described him as having “Grown Man strength” and the tape backs it up. He should start this season and is another high character, smart, NFL ready player. With the loss of Johnathan Hankins this pick was needed and running agaisnt Dalvin and Snacks wont be easy.

3rd Round
QB Davis Webb (Cal)
Eli is 36 and Ryan Nassib is gone. There was talk of Davis Webb going in the 1st round so getting him in the 3rd wasn’t bad. This guy has a strong arm, checkout the highlights below. It’s just a flick of the wrist for him, he stands tall in the pocket and can be groomed under Eli.

4th Round
RB Wayne Gallman (Clemson)
Wayne Gallman is a strong running back that can break tackles. He runs too high that is for sure, but that’s why there are RB coaches. He has good talent and broke all of CJ Spiller’s records at Clemson.

5th Round
DE Avery Moss (Youngstown State)
He is a good edge rusher but was dismissed from Nebraska for an indecent exposure charge. He is a lengthy player with good burst and speed and will provide good depth for the Giants.

6th Round
OL Adam Bisnowaty (Pitt)
Good Potential with big hands and decent size arms (33 7/8). He will also be a depth player as most back end of the draft players are.
