Giants Vs Bears Preview/Prediction Week 11

Giants have won 4 straight and are hot coming into this game against the Bears. The Bears are not playing well as they are 2-7. Big play wideout Alshon Jefferey has been suspended for 4 games for a PED violation. That is a big break for the Giants they can now focus on Jordan Howard and the run game. With Landon Collins and the defense playing at the level they are, containing the Bears shouldn’t be the most difficult task. The Giants haven’t allowed a 100 yard rusher this season and I don’t expect that to change this week

Rashad Jennings and the offensive line pounded the rock in the 4th quarter last week to win the game. It was refreshing to see the Giants finishing a game in the 4th quarter relying on the run game. If the Giants are able to run the ball this week this game will go well for the Giants. With Justing Pugh out and his backup Brett Jones out too the Giants are thin at O-line. So running the ball may be even more difficult.

The Bears are not to be over looked as every team in the NFL is dangerous, but these are the type of games the Giants must win if they want to turn the corner and be a playoff team. Beating the teams you should beat is always important. During the Tom Coughlin Era the Giants had a tendency to play down to the competition. Ben McAdoo has to be different he has to show this is a new Giants team that comes to play for 60 minutes every game.

Leonard Floyd VS Bobby Hart
is the matchup to watch. The player the Bears moved ahead of the Giants to take in this years draft. He has been playing well. Bobby Hart will have a tough matchup against the rookie. keep an eye on that one.

Prediction

Giants27

The Giants will win by their biggest margin yet this year. The Giants continue what they did last week and run the ball for over 100 total yards.

Bears 14
The Bears will get a glimpse of the Ben McAdoo offense at full power which will prove to be too much for the bears average defense.
